Grief is a natural part of the human experience. It is a normal result after losing someone or something that is important to you.
This group is for individuals who are grieving a significant loss (for example, the death of a loved one, loss of a relationship, loss of health, financial status, etc.) and aims to help participants:
- Better understand how they grieve
- Find ways to express and process their grief
- Connect to hope for the grief journey
