Grief is a normal result after losing someone or something that is important to you, but it can cause deep and overwhelming emotions, such as sadness, anger and anxiety, making it difficult to move forward.
This counseling group is for individuals who are grieving a significant loss, such as the death of a loved one, loss of a relationship, loss of health, or financial status, etc. It will provide a compassionate and supportive place to face your loss and help you:
- Better understand how you grieve
- Find ways to express and process your grief
- Connect to hope for the grief journey
