Natasha Steenkamp, LMHC

Clinical Supervisor and Counselor

Natasha Steenkamp graduated with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Biblical Theological Seminary. She works with individual clients on a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, shame, interpersonal struggles, sexual abuse and trauma. Drawing from her personal journey of grief, following the tragic and sudden loss of her younger brother in 2011, Natasha specializes in helping clients who have suffered various losses. She facilitates grief support groups and grief workshops aimed at providing psycho-education and compassionate support. Natasha is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). In addition to her passion for counseling, she also enjoys teaching at college level and holds a certification in Adult Education. She previously served as an adjunct faculty in the psychology and counseling program at Pillar College in New Jersey. Natasha and her husband, Henri, are active members of Grace Chapel in Bedminster, N.J. Natasha enjoys traveling, photography, swimming, visiting art museums and learning about art history. Originally from South Africa, Natasha is an enthusiastic rugby and cricket supporter.
