Kaitlin Cheung, LMHC

Counselor

Kaitlin received her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Alliance Graduate School of Counseling. She is a trilingual (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin) Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of New York, and has experience working with individuals of all ages. Kaitlin works with individuals struggling with depression and anxiety, and has a heart for walking with individuals through trauma, grief, life transitions, and other life stressors. Kaitlin is trained in Brainspotting (BSP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Level 1 Gottman-Method Couples Counseling, and is a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator.

She attends Oversea Chinese Mission in Chinatown, Manhattan. During her free time, Kaitlin enjoys running half-marathons with her husband John, spending time with her family, reading books, hiking, and picking seashells.
