Kaitlin Cheung, LMHC


Kaitlin received her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Alliance Graduate School of Counseling. She is a trilingual (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin) licensed mental health counselor in the State of New York, and has experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and older adults. Kaitlin works with individuals struggling with depression and anxiety and is especially passionate about walking with individuals through trauma, grief, life transitions, and other life stressors, as well as teaching parenting skills. Kaitlin is trained in Brainspotting (BSP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She attends Oversea Chinese Mission in Chinatown, Manhattan. During her free time, Kaitlin enjoys running half-marathons with her husband John, spending time with her family, reading books, hiking, and picking seashells.
