Elena Kim, MA
Elena received a Bachelors and Masters of Arts in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University. She counsels individuals in areas including general anxiety, social anxiety, depression, suicidality, eating disorders, compulsive behaviors, and relationships. Along with that, she is also pursuing her Philosophy of Doctorate at Fordham University's Counseling Psychology department. Her research focuses on understanding the mechanisms of spirituality and how it can assist patients in their recovery from mental illnesses. She has given numerous research presentations on this topic at national psychological conventions. Prior to becoming a counselor, Elena worked as a management consultant and research analyst on Wall Street. Elena is married, has two children, and enjoys physical activities, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
